Express shipping  $13.95
Free standard shipping applies on all orders over $299

Once shipped, please allow anywhere from 2-10 business days to receive your package. 

Any delays beyond our estimated delivery times are most likely a carrier issue and Althaea Soul does not accept responsibility for delays of this kind, please contact Australia Post directly once the parcel is shipped, as delivery times are out of our control.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided by you at checkout. 

We strongly advise you to make sure that your order is shipped to a secure location, as once a package has been delivered to the confirmed location, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. In this instance, Australia Post will need to be contacted directly, as once the parcel is shipped, it is out of our control.
