We are Jess and Chris, the souls behind Althaea Soul. We live in Brisbane, Queensland. We have two dogs - Nahla & Hawk - more on them below! (and pics - they are super cute) In May 2024, we welcomed our son Riley (also super cute).

Althaea Soul is the manifestation of Jess' lifelong passion for crystals and all things spiritual. Chris, ever the supportive husband, has joined the journey, bringing his own energy to our shared vision.

All of our crystals are thoughtfully hand-selected, as we seek out unique treasures while upholding the highest standards of quality. Our journey involves continuous learning about different crystals and minerals, exploring not only their metaphysical properties but also the geological science behind them. #rocksarecool

With a background as a Skin/Dermal Therapist, Jess has woven her expertise and expanded our offerings with our very own skincare range that is as mystical as it is effective. Crafted with the guidance of a cosmetic alchemist, our products are infused with botanicals, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants to nourish both body and soul.

Nahla - Head of Security
Nahla, our vigilant German Shepherd and Jess’ true soul dog, takes her role as Head of Security at Althaea HQ to heart. She’s always on patrol, making sure our space is safe and filled with positive energy. With her lush long hair and double coat, she sheds enough to challenge even the toughest vacuum, but we wouldn’t trade her for the world!
Hawk - Head of Cuddle Distributions
Hawk (fondly known as Hawky) is the youngest member of the Althaea team, responsible for making sure everyone gets their fill of cuddles. With a playful spirit, he rarely takes things too seriously and is more likely to be found racing around the garden than working. Fun fact: Hawk is named after Taylor Hawkins, the drummer from the Foo Fighters!

Angus - Director of General Mischief
Angus, the original Althaea dog, has been a beloved mischief-maker since 2008, setting the bar for playful antics. This spirited Westie was well-known for his food stealing escapades and his unmatched skill in unwrapping gifts. Angus now watches over us from the Rainbow Bridge.
